Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Effective date: November 15, 2025

Jarrad Heaslip Gallery sells original artworks and limited items. Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, all sales are final.

We will offer a replacement (when available) or store credit only in the following situations:

  1. You received the wrong item, or

  2. The item arrived damaged due to shipping/handling for orders shipped to you.

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Change of mind, taste, or fit for your space

  • Minor variations inherent to original art and handmade work (including texture, finish, or color differences across screens)

  • Damage after delivery caused by improper handling, installation, or environmental conditions

Purchases made in the gallery are also final sale, except where required by law or where we determine an exception is appropriate in our discretion (for example, a clear point-of-sale error).

How to request help

For shipped items, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order details (name and email used at checkout)

  • Photos of the item and any damage

  • Photos of the packaging (outer box + inner packaging)

Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.
