Zoe Beaudry

Zoe Beaudry is a Detroit-based artist and curator of immersive art events. Her work
ranges from photorealistic, surreal oil paintings to light-activated sculptural works and
installations. Her work has been featured in solo shows at ARC Gallery,
Playground Gallery, and the Lansing Art Gallery. In addition to her own practice,
Beaudry helps produce the House of Tarot events, which have brought together the
work of over 50 artists to date in large-scale, Tarot-themed exhibitions in Detroit. She has also spent time teaching at the College for Creative Studies and with the Ypsilanti-
based Youth Arts Alliance.

Inspired by the frustrations, pleasures, and limitations of corporeal existence, Beaudry's
practice is founded on intentional engagement with ethical and metaphysical curiosities,
passion for countercultural spaces and ways of relating, and a deep appreciation for
non-human animals.
